Depo Provera for Contraception in Patient on Hemodialysis

Hi,

  Does anyone out there have any experience using Depo Provera for contraception in a patient on hemodialysis?  I've only found general information regarding renal impairment - possiblity of increased bone loss and increased risk of clotting.  Any help would be appreciated.
