ACT for HD patients receiving UFH

Hello,

We're revising our protocol for activated clotting time for HD patients receiving unfractionated heparin. Does anyone have a protocol they are willing to share?
We're tryig to avoid nurses from calulating %ACT to prevent errors. Curious to see what other centers are doing.
