Tinzaparin for HD circuit anticoagulation

We are considering switching from heparin bolus/infusion to tinzaparin 4500 units at the start of HD for extracorporeal circuit anticoagulation. Are any of you using this method of anticoagulation? How well is it working? (problems with clotting or bleeding?)
