3rd party drug coverage

Hi Everyone,

Our institution is reviewing who pays for drugs used in ambulatory settings within the hospital. Do patients in your hemodialysis clinics use their own 3rd party drug plans to cover the costs of some/all of the medications administered at dialysis? Which drugs? Do you have any relevant positive or negative experiences to share?
