3% or 7% Hypertonic sodium chloride for Hypotension

Hi everyone
Is anyone using hypertonic sodium chloride to treat intradialytic hypotension? Also wondered if anyone has ever heard of small volume prefilled syringe products with 3% or 7% sodium chloride. We have 250ml bags of 3% NaCl from baxter but have heard there might be a smaller volume product out there somewhere.
