duloxetine (Cymbalta) in hemodialysis

Does anyone have any experience with duloxetine (Cymbalta) in hemodialysis patients. Our pain specialist would like to try in one of patients with resistant neuropathic pain. The product monograph indicates contraindicated for CrCl<30ml/min but pharmacokinetics seem that drug is largely metabolized before metabolites are renally excreted. (although it is not clear if metabolites are active or inactive). Anyways, I appreciate sharing if anyone has any clinical experience with this.
