Renal Transplant Clinic Pharm.D. position in Winnipeg

Hello RPN,

Our Renal Transplant program is looking to hire a Pharm.D. for its outpatient clinics. There are currently 510 patients in Manitoba with renal transplants. The position would be based out of the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre. The position potentially will be posted for external candidates shortly.

The nephrologists are quite used to working with Pharm.D.s in the Renal Health Clinics and Manitoba Renal Program as they are 4 of us right in Winnipeg now (Lori Wazny, Colette Raymond, Lavern Vercaigne, & Amy Sood).
