TREAT study and target hemoglobin

I've just reviewed the TREAT trial "A Trial of Darbepoetin in Type 2 Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease" NEJM 2009;361:2019-32". Showing increased risk of stroke in the higher hemoglobin target group treated with darbepoetin. Our nephrologists are just starting to discuss how this will change practice. We currently have anemia protocol with target of 110 to 120 in both hemodialysis and CKD populations. I'm wondering if any of your centres have made any immediate changes in practice with regards to the above study or what changes are planned?
