Any general policy for holding meds pre-HD?

New to this forum so forgive me if this is posted under wrong heading, but..

I'm newly on a renal ward, and one of my projects will be to help our health region come up with policy's regarding the timing of medications around hemodialysis (ex: antihypertensives, antibiotics, epoetin etc)

I'm wondering if any sites have such a policy, even a draft one, and if so, would you be willing to share with the David Thompson Health Region in Alberta?
