Bowel protocol for PD patients

Our new PD patients seem to have lots of problems with bloating with Lactulose post-catheter insertion. Might any of your centres have any routine bowel protocols in place? We're in the mist of drafting our own and I would like to see what other laxatives any other centres might be using apart from the regulars, e.g. Colace, Surfak, Senokot, Dulcolax, etc.
