KCl in PD fluids

Dear All:

As per the latest changes to IV KCl usage in Canadian Hospitals, we have been asked to manufacture all PD bags with KCL in them. Does any other centre do this? Do you have manufacturing sheets or policies.

We will be doing them for both inpatients and outpatient.
