Aranesp/Epo renal inpatient coverage

How are you handling renal inpatient coverage? In February, 2004, SDP sent a letter out stating that there is no provision in the legislation for coverage under the SDP for hospital inpatients; inpatient use must be paid through the global budget of the hospital. Is everyone actually deducting this useage from their reimbursements?
