Tamiflu-nursing home residents

Looking to see if anyone has experience with antivirals given to residents of seniors homes on HD during flu outbreaks. We do not want to use Amantadine. While Tamiflu may be OK at a reduced dose, I was wondering if anyone has other suggestions.
