co-trimoxazole dosing IP

Hello,

This has probably been asked before but I'm experiencing road blocks finding a recommended dose for using septra IP for peritonitis. The ISPD guidelines recommendations only recommend a dose for oral tablets. Does anyone have any information on injectable to use IP?
