Argatroban

Dear Colleague:
I just received word that Danaparoid is on back order, and we were wondering if others could share their doses / IV pages for Argatroban as an alternative to Danaparoid, both at the start of HD and to close the lines (if necessary).

We are using it on 5 plus patients at present on those who have had HIT in the past.
