Billing for IV Iron Dextran

Hello,

I am in the process of collecting data on which centres are currently billing ODB and other private plans for IV iron dextran. The information I am interested in is which centres are billing, have you experienced any problems with billing, and does anyone know specifically the clause in the Hospital Act states regarding billing for outpatient services that are still provided by the hospital? Our manager is under the impression that billing for IV iron is legally questionable based on the hospital act but I am seeking other opinions from centres currently following this practice.
