phosphate binders

Greetings, as I am new to this forum. My question is regarding renal patients on tube feeds with high Phosphate levels. Are there any options to treating this, aside from dialysis? It does not seem practical to give phosphate binders 3-4 times daily with paitents on continuous feeds...any thoughts?
