CRI clinics

Does anyone out there provide group teaching to CRI clients? Until now, each health discipline in our clinic gets 1:1 counselling, however, due to the overwhelmingly increasing demands on our clinic, we are looking at doing an overhaul. I would be thrilled if anyone has any advice/insight to offer in how effective this is.
