Calcitonin

Does anyone have experience using calcitonin (Miacalcin NSP or calcitonin injection) in a hemodialysis patient with hyperparathroidism/hypercalcemia/hyperphosphatemia? Do you know if there is any evidence for this use to delay/prevent parathroidectomy?
