rasburicase

Anyone have any experience in using rasburicase in the predialysis setting for a Stage 3 patient (40mL/min)? This patient potentially may need to discontinue allopurinol because of a rare and serious side effect and we are worried about profound hyperuricemia (>1000) Typically I have seen this in an inpatient setting for tumor lysis syndrome. I can't find any renal dosing or information in this setting. Thanks
