Clinical Pharmacist
Manitoba Renal Program

Position: Part time (0.6)

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy with two years hospital pharmacy experience required. Licensed, or eligible for licensure in the Province of Manitoba required. Pharmacy Doctorate (Pharm.D.) or Clinical Masters preferred. Fellowship or equivalent specialty training in the field of nephrology and two years clinical practical experience in a nephrology practice setting preferred. A Criminal Record Check is required.

Responsibilities: Provide pharmaceutical care to Manitoba Renal Program (MRP) patients at St. Boniface General Hospital and other Winnipeg Regional Health Authority sites; Coordinate MRP's regional pharmacy care including development and maintenance of Program specific standards and documentation.
