Antibiotic lock solution

Hello,is it possible for any of you to share procedures on antibiotic lock solution? For Vanco, Cefazolin and Genta mostly. We have no experience in our centre and need help!
At your center, is it being done for treatement and/or prevention?

Does your pharmacy staff prepare the solutions? How stable is it? Fridge or freezer? We are still using Heparin block moving to 4% Sodium Citrate this year.
