Oseltamavir prophylaxis in HD

I know that this message has been covered over a year ago, but I'm wondering about recent practices/experiences using Tamiflu prophylactically during an outbreak in a HD population. I am working with ID to decide on a dose and duration that would be appropriate. Based on the NDT Dec 2006 study, we would likely choose 30 mg Q2HD, but that is based on low flux dialysis. I can't find data for the % removal of drug by high flux dialysis.
