Alteplase in Antibiotic Lock Therapy

Has anyone used alteplase instead of heparin in antibiotic lock therapy? I have a patient awaiting a transplant who has been recommended gentamicin lock therapy. She currently closes with alteplase. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
