Calcijex 1 mg/ml Coverage

Has anyone been able to get Calcijex injection covered though the ICR process in Ontario? The cost of this medication represents a large part of our drug budget and I'm trying to find different ways of reducing our overall budget.
Any other suggestions to reduce the drug budget in a dialysis unit would be welcome.
