Sodium Citrate 4% multiple use of bag

For locking 2 pts CVCs, is there any way to use one bag for 2 pts? If for example one pt dialyzes on M-W-F afternoon and the other T-TH-S morning. If one dose is drawn 3 pm Monday, could the same bag be used Tues 10am?
It would be less than 24 hours, but is that ok? Has anyone tried to do this?
