duloxetine (Cybalta)

A pain and palliative care physician is wishing to use duloxetine in one of our hemodialysis patients for neuropathic pain. It is a SNRI similar to venlafaxine. Not surprisingly I cannot find any dosing guidelines or studies to support its use in dialysis patients. We have used venlafaxine with success in our population in the past. Nausea and increased BP tend to be the adverse effects I see limiting its usage. Any experiences?? thanks in advance
