alteplase

Hello out there,

It has been awhile since I looked at this issue but our hospital wants to consider using 1mg alteplase per port (only 1 vial of cathflo) when we are trying it for occluded catheters. Do any other centres use a dose lower than 2mg per lumen? I know there is evidence out there (Annals Pharmaco 2004, AJHP 2000) but I wondered if centres are actually using this lower dose?
