Zemplar

Good afternoon,

We are seeking advise on the use of Zemplar in a 4 kg child. Does anyone have experience with the use of this product in a child this size? If so:

1. What dose/frequency did you use?
2. What product did you use (IV for PO use, special formulation recipe)?
