Calcium resonium coverage in Ontario

Has anyone had success in getting Calcium resonium covered by Section 8 for CKD patients requiring ongoing therapy for hyperkalemia?
We were just reviewing the large load of sodium for a 30g dose (3000mg/day of Na+) for Kayexalate. Obviously not optimal for our hypertensive, NAS predialysis patients.
