Vancomycin stability in Extraneal solution

Hi everyone,

One of my PD patient is currently on Vancomycin 2g IP q 5 days. The CCAC nurse is mixing the antibiotic in the dialysis solution for the patient at home.
Do you know what is the maximum stability of Vancomycin in Extraneal solution whether it is at room temperature or refrigerated?
So far I have found conflicting data:
48 hours at 25C and up to 7 days RT or fridge.
Do you have any experience?
